MS Word is a Word processing program Developed By Microsoft Company. It is used to create many types of documents. It work on many operating systems like Windows, Mac OS, Android Etc.
How to open MS Word :
🔸Go to the start and type Word
🔸And Click on Word Application
How to open Word with Run Command :
🔸Press Win + R From Keyboard
🔸Type winword and Hit the Enter button
🔴 Extension of MS Word File: .docx /.doc
▶️ Quick Access Toolbar :
It's available on left hand of title bar, it's used to Access the Command Quickly.
▶️ Title Bar :
It's Available on the top of MS Word Window. It Contains the title of document that mean the Name of Document.
▶️ Ribbon :
Each Tab has ribbon in which my Command available. Each Ribbon divided into Groups that is Clipboard, Font, Paragraphs, styles, editing, illustrations ETC.
▶️ Scroll Bar :
Is used to Navigate the pages Up, Down, Left and Right. There are two types of Scroll Bar -
🔹Vertical Scroll Bar
🔹 Horizontal Scroll Bar
▶️ Status Bas :
It's available on the bottom of MS Word window, it contains Total Number of Page, Current Page, Document Language, View Mode, And Zoom Bar.
